About

Ed Bradley

I’m a Toronto-born, Alberta-based photographer trained in photojournalism. I bring a storytelling mindset to everything I shoot—landscapes, events, products, and portraits—using natural light, clean compositions, and honest, lived-in details to keep my images grounded in the real world.

Drawing on a background that spans big-city streets and wide-open western skies, I’m as comfortable working quietly in the middle of a crowded event as I am alone on a ridgeline at sunrise. My work focuses on true-to-life colour, texture, and atmosphere so that what you see in my photographs feels like stepping back into a moment rather than looking at something staged.

I work with individuals, couples, and small brands to create images that feel calm, cinematic, and genuine—whether it’s a mountain landscape, a handcrafted object, or a portrait that actually looks like you.

The Gear

I work with professional Nikon film and digital cameras, pairing them with both vintage and modern lenses to find the right feel for each project—whether that’s crisp and clean or soft and nostalgic. I’m a licensed drone operator with around a decade of experience, able to safely capture aerial perspectives for real estate, construction, and landscape work. All images go through a professional editing workflow, using industry-standard software and careful file management so you get consistent, high-quality results and properly organized final files.

My Philosophy

I believe good images come from real moments, not perfect poses.
I work with natural light, simple compositions, and space for people to just be themselves.
My goal is to make photos that feel honest, calm, and lived-in—like memories you can hold onto.

Services

I offer a mix of commissioned work and fine art prints, all with the same clean, story-first approach.
I shoot portraits that feel natural, real estate and construction/architectural photography that highlights space and detail, and I create landscape and cityscape prints for homes, offices, and projects.
Whether you need images that sell a property, tell a brand story, or hang on a wall, I focus on honest light, true-to-life colour, and clear, thoughtful composition.
